BREAKING: New Lin-Manuel Miranda Project to Make World Premiere at Tony Award Acceptance Podium

by Zach Raffio. @zachraffio.

NEW YORK, NY - As reports circulate that Lin-Manuel Miranda has completed recording the concept album for a brand new musical, a representative has clarified that the piece will actually make its world premiere at the Tony Award acceptance podium, where it will win Best Musical and probably another 10 or 11 trophies as well.

“We could do the whole will-they-won’t-they, sure, but let’s cut to the chase: they will,” noted producer Helen Cretterby, who gave us a sneak peek of the Grammy-winning cast album, which is 23 tracks of silence as they haven't received it yet. “I just hope they can dub over the show title after the fact. Not sure we’ll have a name by then, but that shouldn’t hold up any accolades.”

At press time, Cretterby did note that the show would go through extensive workshops - or however many they can do in the car ride over.
